Intro to Pickleball
Focus: Basic skills and strategies, safe play, keeping score, and guided play.
Times: Saturdays and Sundays 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

Youth Pickleball Clinic
Focus: Join instructors Kathy and Mimi and get introduced to the game! For kids ages 10 and up.
Times: Mondays from 3:00-4:00p.m. starting July 8
Participants: 8 (maximum)

Round Robin Beginner Clinic with Kathy and Karen
Looking to meet & play with other beginner pickleball players? Then this is for you! As you play Karen & Kathy will provide guidance, brief instruction and answer any questions. Taking the Intro to Pickleball class is recommended as a prerequisite.
Times: Sundays (starting June 23) and Thursdays throughout July from 3:00-4:30 p.m.

Level 1: Serves and Returns
Recommended as the first of a three program sequence. We’ll teach you the framework of pickleball, and strategies used to start games. The class will conclude with game play so you can practice your new skills.
Times: Select Tuesdays or Thursdays throughout the summer from 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.
Participants: 12 (maximum)

Level 1: Volleys, Dinks, and Movement
Recommended as the second of a three program sequence. 'Kitchen Work' - We’ll teach you to start to gain confidence at the net, AKA the kitchen, AKA non-volley zone. The class will conclude with game play so you can practice your new skills.
Times: Select Tuesdays or Thursdays throughout the summer from 7:00 p.m. - 8:30 p.m.

Level 1: Moving Up to the Net
Recommended as the third of a three program sequence. We’ll teach you transition zone skills like 3rd shot drops, lobs, and drives. The class will end with game play so you can practice your skills.

Cancellation Policy
No refunds will be issued for lessons or special events. If a lesson or event is canceled due to inclement weather, or if you need to reschedule for another reason, your reservation will be transferred to a different date. If you need to reschedule, please email [email protected]. Thank you.
The West Reading Pickleball courts remain a public facility open to all. Registration fees from lessons and special events help support operating costs at the courts.
